Return Policy

Items Eligible for Return – The following items may be returned to Irrigation Outlet:

  • Product that is still in new and unused condition. There can be no signs of installation or use. This includes scratches, blemishes, marks, dirt, debris, or other indications that the product does not “look new”.
  • Product that is still in its original unopened packaging. Packaging must be clean and contain all owner’s manuals, installation instructions, warranty cards, drawings, diagrams, and other paperwork included by the manufacturer or Irrigation Outlet.
  • Product that has never been installed or used. (unless defective and under warranty)
  • Products purchased within the last 30 days.
  • Items received in error from Irrigation Outlet. (We shipped you the wrong item.)

Items Not Eligible for Return – Irrigation Outlet will not accept returned products under the following conditions:

  • Products that have been installed, used, changed, or otherwise modified.
  • Products not in the original unopened packaging. Package must be in original condition and include all owner’s manuals, installation instructions, drawings, diagrams, and other paperwork.
  • Special Order Items. Special order items are not eligible for return.
  • Sale Items. Includes product promotions and other special offers.
  • Large Orders. Orders having an Invoice total greater than $1000 or containing 50 or more of a single item.
  • Items not purchased from Irrigation Outlet.
  • Orders over 30 days. We cannot give refunds on orders over 30 days.

Shipping Charges

  • All shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping cost incurred by Irrigation Outlet will be deducted from all returns.
  • Shipping charges are only refundable if the return is due to a shipping error on the part of Irrigation Outlet.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with warranty returns.

Return Instructions – All returned items must have a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. Do not return any items to Irrigation Outlet without a RGA number. We cannot process returns that do not have a RGA number.

  • Item Purchased Within The Last 30 Days
    • Verify that the item(s) that you wish to return is eligible for return. Items Eligible For Return.
    • The product must be in new and unused condition and has never been installed. There can be no signs of installation or use. This includes scratches, blemishes, marks, dirt, debris, or other indications that the product does not “look new”. It must still be in its original unopened packaging. Packaging must be clean and contain all owner’s manuals, installation instructions, warranty cards, drawings, diagrams, and other paperwork included by the manufacturer or Irrigation Outlet.
    • Items are inspected upon arrival at Irrigation Outlet. If any returned item is deemed to not be in new or resalable condition, then no refund will be given and the item will be returned to you.
    • Complete the Return Goods Authorization Request form and submit.
    • Irrigation Outlet will email you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Enclose a copy of this RGA and a copy of your original packing list inside the package you are returning to Irrigation Outlet. Clearly mark the RGA number on the outside of the package. Our returns center will not receive any packages that are not clearly marked with a RGA number.
    • Items returned to Irrigation Outlet must be shipped prepaid and insured for the full purchase price of the item(s) being returned. All returns must be shipped by a traceable carrier such as UPS or Federal Express. All returns should be shipped to: Irrigation Outlet, LLC

    • Irrigation Outlet must receive all items being returned within ten (10) business days of receipt of your RGA number and return instructions.
    • All refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase (see Credits & Refunds). Customer will be refunded the original purchase price less a 20% restocking charge and the actual shipping cost incurred when originally shipping the product to you. This includes the shipping cost incurred on Free Shipping orders as well.
    • If the return is a result of a shipping error on our part, then shipping charges will be refunded.
    • Refunds are usually processed within 10-15 business days after receiving your returned goods. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 30 days for your credit card issuer to apply the credit to your credit card account.
    • Irrigation Outlet is not responsible for lost or untraceable packages shipped to us.

  • You Received The Wrong Item(s)
    • All requests for refunds or replacement product due to shipping errors must be made within five (5) business days after receipt of order. All claims for goods damaged in shipment must be made by the customer directly with the freight carrier (UPS, Federal Express, etc.).
    • Complete the Return Goods Authorization Request form and submit. Select “Received Wrong Item” as the reason for return. In the Comments box please explain what you received vs. what you ordered. Indicate the action requested (Replacement or Refund).
    • Irrigation Outlet will email you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Enclose a copy of this RGA and a copy of your original packing list inside the package you are returning to Irrigation Outlet. Clearly mark the RGA number on the outside of the package. Our returns center will not receive any packages that are not clearly marked with a RGA number.

    • Upon receipt of the “Wrong Item” Irrigation Outlet will ship you a replacement or refund you the full purchase price including return shipping charges (Ground Shipments only). All refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase (see Credits & Refunds).
    • No replacement will be shipped or refund given until Irrigation Outlet has received the item(s) being returned.
    • Irrigation Outlet is not responsible for lost or untraceable packages shipped to us.

  • Item(s) Are Missing From Your Order
    • All claims for shipping errors or shortages must be made within five (5) business days after the receipt of order.
    • Verify that you have received all of the boxes shipped from Irrigation Outlet. Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes, sometime these boxes become separated in transit and may arrive on different days. To verify that you have received all of the boxes, check the upper right-hand corner of the UPS shipping label. If your shipment is a multiple box shipment (3 for example) you will see the designation “1 of 3” on the first box. This designation lets you know that this is box number one out of a shipment of three boxes.
    • Once you have verified that you have received all of the boxes containing your order, carefully unpack them and check the items received against the enclosed Packing List. Pay special attention to the Backorder column. Irrigation Outlet almost always ships orders complete. However, we may backorder items under the following circumstances:
      1. We are currently out of stock on an items and the manufacturer has given us a longer than normal lead time.
      2. Your order contains a Special Order item.
    • If you have received all of the packages in your shipment and you have verified that you do not have any backorders, please contact a Customer Service Representative at CustomerService@irrigationOutlet.com or by phone at 803-461-0561.
    • When we have confirmed that your order is missing an item(s) we will ship you a replacement or refund you the full purchase price.
  • Warranty Returns
    • Irrigation Outlet stands by the products we sell. We offer top quality products by some of the leading manufacturers in the industry. All products sold by Irrigation Outlet carry the full warranty as set forth by the manufacturer.
    • Irrigation Outlet offers no warranties (expressed or implied) beyond what is offered by the product manufacturer. This includes but is not limited to merchantability, product application or suitability for a particular purpose. Irrigation Outlet expressly disclaims all warranties not specifically stated herein.
    • If a product is not found to be free from defect as outlined in the product manufacturer’s warranty, the purchaser’s sole remedy shall be the repair or replacement of the product as determined by the manufacturer’s warranty. Under no circumstances will Irrigation Outlet be liable to the purchaser or any other user for any damages including consequential or incidental damages; expenses; lost revenue, profits, or savings; or any other damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product.
    • If a product has failed in service and you feel it should be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, follow the instructions below to submit the item for warranty inspection. It is important to note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with processing a warranty claim. This includes the freight charges incurred shipping the item from the customer to Irrigation Outlet and the freight charges associated with shipping the item from Irrigation Outlet back to the customer.
      • Complete a Return Goods Authorization Request form and submit. Select “Warranty Return” as the reason for return. In the Comments box please explain in detail the nature of the problem or product failure (i.e. What’s wrong with it).
      • Irrigation Outlet will email you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Enclose a copy of this RGA and a copy of your original packing list inside the package you are returning to Irrigation Outlet. Clearly mark the RGA number on the outside of the package. Our returns center will not receive any packages that are not clearly marked with a RGA number.
      • Items returned to Irrigation Outlet must be shipped prepaid and insured for the full purchase price of the item(s) being returned. All returns must be shipped by a traceable carrier such as UPS or Federal Express. All returns should be shipped to:

      • Irrigation Outlet must receive all items being returned within ten (10) business days of receipt of your RGA number and return instructions.
      • Upon receipt of the “Warranty Item” Irrigation Outlet will have it inspected by a manufacturer’s representative.
      • If the item is found to be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty then the item will be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy and returned to you. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
      • If the item is found to not be defective or is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, you will be notified and asked if you want the item returned. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
      • If after 30 days Irrigation Outlet has been unable to obtain payment for return shipping charges, or has not received notification from the customer as to the disposition of any warranty item or claim the item(s) in question will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of by Irrigation Outlet.
      • Irrigation Outlet is not responsible for lost or untraceable packages shipped to us.
