Payment Policy

Accepted Methods of Payment:

• Credit Card – Credit Card is the preferred method of payment and it allows you to receive your order in the shortest amount of time. Credit Card orders are processed online via Authorize.net.
• Credit Cards Accepted – Irrigation Outlet gladly accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Your card will be charged by Irrigation Outlet, LLC whose name will appear on your statement.
• PayPal Payments – Orders can be paid using Pay Pal if you have a Pay Pal account (sign up here). If Pay Pal is selected as your payment method, you will be redirected to the Pay Pal secure server for instructions on completing your transaction.

Sales Tax:

• State law requires that Irrigation Outlet charge applicable sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in the state of South Carolina.

Credits & Refunds:

• All refunds for returned goods will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Pay Pal purchases will be issued a store credit in lieu of a credit to their Pay Pal account.
• Refunds are usually processed within 10-15 business days after receiving your returned goods. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 30 days for your credit card issuer to apply the credit to your credit card account.
• Refund issued will be for the full purchase price less a 20% restocking charge and the actual shipping costs incurred in shipping the order to you. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part.
